The Streets Still Have Names

A sepia-toned aerial view of an immense city divided into sharply contrasting neighborhoods by illuminated streets extending toward a brilliant horizon beneath dark clouds. The Tittu mark appears at bottom left, tristanrobertlange.com at bottom center, and the TRL monogram at bottom right.

Until the end of the world
2 many will live on named streets.

POET’S NOTE:
An acrostic Scorched Sunday poem. Part of my Scorched Strays collection, Rock Band Edition.

This poem draws inspiration from a band whose music imagines a place beyond human division. It turns that hope toward a harder possibility.
