Tristan Robert Lange

Poet | Mystic | Existential Voice | Human with a haunted halo

Tristan Robert Lange is a poet whose work blends existential depth, gothic imagery, and spiritual subtext. This site is home to their published poems, reflections, and creative journey.

A hyper-photorealistic image of a smug man in Sunday clothes standing knee-deep in a muddy livestock pen while flies swarm over his face and body. Oblivious to his condition, he measures the enormous curved horn of a black goat giving him a contemptuous sideways glance. A weathered church stands beneath storm clouds in the background. Tittu and TRL branding appear along the bottom.

take a step back, bro—
you’re in the stye—
start worrying about

your own soul

instead of judging
others

under the guise
of christian piety—

pride’s demise—

stop scaling our horns
while covered with flies

POET’S NOTE:
Part of the Truth, Applied collection. Dedicated to those special “Christians” who believe they’re more omniscient than God. I don’t even want to be a “fly” on the wall on Judgment Day.
