Inside a vast circular obsidian temple with tall columns, cloaked figures sit in a solemn circle around a central altar stone. Above, a glowing oculus beams soft light into the sanctum, symbolizing sanctuary, hope, and resilience for the outcasts.

It exists
At the center of reason—
Large, oculus, made of obsidian—
A monument of fear and faith towering
Above scorched land. A sanctuary for aftermath
Souls who’ve found rest from wandering, separation
From torrential torment, and perpetual peace from
Persistent pain. This is the outcasts peristyle sanctum,
A temple that was built on and around the eternal rock
Of righteous rebellion;                     it was built by all those
Betrayed by a world that                   promised us life and offered
Damnation. Welcome to                     this temple, sit in the circle
Around its walls, peer into                 the center, gaze at the altar
Stone, lit by lights of hope. This is home of the hallowed ones,
This is our peoples’ house, and it will not be torn down by hate.
